Shipping Policy

• We are committed to delivering your products efficiently and securely throughout the United Kingdom.

Order Processing

All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within approximately 1-6 week from the date of order confirmation.

Please note that larger orders, made-to-order items, or products requiring specialist delivery may have longer lead times. If this applies to your order, we will contact you with an updated delivery estimate.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Delivery Charges

• Free UK Delivery on all orders over £150 (excluding VAT)
• Orders below £150 may be subject to a delivery charge, which will be displayed during checkout.

Delivery Times

Following dispatch, most orders are delivered within [2–5] working days, depending on location and product type.

Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery of Large Furniture Orders

Many of our products, including tables, chairs, storage units, and other educational furniture, are delivered via specialist courier or pallet network services.

Some deliveries may require:

• Adult supervision upon receipt.
• Assistance with access arrangements.
• Advance delivery scheduling.

Please ensure that adequate access is available for delivery vehicles.

Tracking Information

Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Damaged or Missing Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Returns Policy

At Encore Educational, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Consumer Cancellation Rights

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing by email before the cancellation period expires.

You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, products must:

* Be unused and in a resalable condition.
* Be returned in their original packaging where possible.
* Include proof of purchase.
* Not be assembled, modified, damaged, or installed.

We reserve the right to make deductions from refunds where goods show signs of handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and function.

Non-Returnable Items

Unless faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, we cannot accept returns of:

• Made-to-order furniture.
• Bespoke or customised products.
• Special order items sourced specifically for a customer.
• Products excluded from cancellation rights under applicable UK legislation.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the goods are faulty, damaged, or supplied in error, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.

Due to the size and nature of school furniture products, return collection charges may apply.

Please contact us before arranging a return so that we can advise on the most appropriate return method.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please notify us within 48 hours / 7 days of delivery.

Where a fault is confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include:

• Repair
• Replacement
• Collection and refund
• Partial refund where appropriate

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected.

Refunds

Once returned goods have been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional time to complete the transaction.

Business Customers

Where products are purchased by schools, academies, colleges, local authorities, businesses, or other organisations, returns may be subject to separate contractual terms.
